OK, some of you might be having trouble or issues with deciding on which Trapcall plan to go for, if you aren’t sure, the Bugtrap plan is the cheapest at $4.95, it provides basic call unblocking etc. and is probably all that most of you will need, however, the MouseTrap plan is the most popular choice with users. How do I fix my voicemail; Trapcall reprogrammed it?
I signed up for the free package on Trapcall a while ago, and then discontinued the service, and now my voicemail greeting is random ads. I tried changing the settings on my AT&T phone back to the original voicemail greeting but it won’t work. Now people who call me get messages about how to save on insurance and sex hotlines. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We’re sorry to see you have this problem. Trapcall sent multiple emails, followed up by a text message, to ensure that all Try Trap users on their original free plan would know that they should un-program their phone to avoid any issues with their voicemail and to avoid these unwanted ads.
To un-program your phone all you need to do is dial ##004# like you would any regular telephone number. This clears your conditional call forwarding settings and your calls can then be sent to your carrier’s voicemail.
If you have any further issues please don’t hesitate to contact TrapCall’s customer support directly. You will probably get a better response time

I got the trap call feature because people kept calling me with blocked numbers but i really dislike the voicemail on it and wanted to get rid of it. Any ideas?

You should be able to stop the service directly from the trapcall web site. If you’re still having issues, contact their customer care. Ask to unsubscribe from it.

Why does trapcall not work on my iphone?
I signed up for fly trap on Trapcall.com followed all of the instructions but i don’t receive any voicemail messages with the conformation code. My iphone has not been unlocked or jailbroke or any junk like that. I’ve tried to resend the code about 10 times in the past 2 days. I lost my cat and some douche nozzles saw my flyer and keep prank calling me. Am i doing something wrong?

As per the cancellation instructions, you need to disable the call forwarding to Trapcall number. If on Verizon just dial *73 SEND, if AT&T/T-mobile dial ##004# SEND

I used to use trap call then I got my number changed. Id like to use it again but when I go on the site you have to pay for all the plans. Is it still free or does anyone know of another site?

I have not yet found any similar sites… The only other option would be to get your own 800 number to forward the calls to that you want to unblock the CID… Otherwise I’d suggest grabbing Trapcall Here

Its a service that will unblock the blocked numbers for a basic plan, im almost completely set up, but im not programming the iphone to do it unless i know i can take it off if i want to.

Well I think that you can have them unblock it but, obviously trapcall is easier. For the lowest cost of a FlyTrap plan it’s probably worth taking it for a spin, here’s that link again to try Trapcall safely.
