TrapcallReviewer answers:
The first option that pretty much satisfies your immediate needs would be to take up a subscription to Trapcall. This service will alleviate any of those sort of problems, with the ability to unblock phone calls and reveal the caller’s number, prevent those calls from reaching you. There are a few options with various levels to choose from, even the ability to record those nasty phone calls.
Another option, which I’m not sure is available to you would be trying *67 blocks your phone number and *82 unblocks your phone number… If you want to block her from calling you call the phone company and put a block on incoming calls that do not show their number.

Ken asks…
Ok I’m getting harassing phone calls?
My phone can unblock ppls phone numbers, but this person knows me in real life I think. So instead of blocking their number, a number like 666-666-6666 comes up. How do I get my phone to do this?

TrapcallReviewer answers:
Ken, Go to trapcall.com and follow instructions – don’t worry, it’s not a hacking site, it is safe. A lot of smart people are using it to enhance their lives and minimize unwanted phone calls from blocked or private numbers, especially those that are or can become a harassment issue. I have it on myself. But hope this helps, and good luck!!

Chris asks…
How can I “receive” blocked calls on my phone?
My mom made it so we can not receive blocked calls. But i’m getting a call from unemployment from their blocked number, how can i receive their blocked call??? I know *77 is to block it, is there a number like that to unblock it?

TrapcallReviewer answers:
Hello Chris, To prevent some one from calling and hanging up on you dial *77 which is anonymous call rejection. When people with private numbers trying to get you they must unblock their number to get through.
How Anonymous Call Rejection works: The following is some basic information about how Anonymous Call Rejection works, how it may impact upon your privacy rights, and what options you have if you wish to continue to protect them.
If you’re calling someone who has Anonymous Call Rejection service, and you block your number from being shown, your call will be diverted to a recorded message telling you that the called party does not accept blocked calls and to unblock before calling, or the call won’t go through. People who use ACR usually want to see who is calling them, and don’t want to take anonymous calls. However, ACR subscribers can de-activate the ACR feature by dialing *87 and re-activate it by dialing *77

David asks…
How do I unblock a puk block on my phone?
This morning I tried to block my phone with a password but I pressed the wrong thing and instead one thing lead to another and now my screen says PUK blocked contact provider….Any way on how I can unblock without calling a provider????

TrapcallReviewer answers:
Hi David, If it is asking for the PUK then you must call your service provider to get that code (some carriers have that capability on their website). If it was asking for the PUK earlier and now it is not, then it is too late and you will have to go to one of their retail stores and buy a new SIM for $25-$30.

Robert asks…
How to unblock me from a house phone?
My fiancee’s mom blocked me from their house phone. I cant call in now. My fiancee wants to unblock it so I can call, but she doesnt know how. What does she need to do?
I need quick, reliable answers please

TrapcallReviewer answers:
Hi Robert, why would she do that, sounds like your fiancee’s mom might have reservations about you. If someone has blocked your specific number…just dial *67 before their number..That will block your number, allowing the call to go through.!!! (I know someone who has been through that.)

Sharon asks…
What’s the difference between restricted and caller id unavailable phone calls?
On my caller id sometimes when the name and number is blocked it says “restricted” and other times it will say caller id “unavailable.” What’s the difference? Is there a way to unblock those phone calls? The only thing I can think of is maybe the restricted ones are calls made from a landline, and the unavailable calls are blocked calls made from cell phones? Not sure, maybe someone can help me out with this one.

TrapcallReviewer answers:
Hi there Sharon, you’re close let me just clarify for you, restricted calls means the caller has manually blocked the number from you and unavailable number means that it’s a private number… I hope this helps you out.
